Terms of Use
Last updated: 29 June 2026
Acceptance
By downloading or using Spash, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What Spash is
Spash is a personal finance management tool that helps you record and review your own money manually. It is not a bank, a payment service, a lender, or a financial advisor, and it does not move, hold, or manage any money.
Not financial advice
Anything Spash shows you — balances, summaries, or insights — is for your own information only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Decisions you make about your money are your own; please consult a qualified professional where you need advice.
Your responsibilities
- The data in Spash is entered by you, and its accuracy is up to you.
- Because your data is stored on your device, keeping your device secure is your responsibility.
- If you enable backup, you're responsible for the security of your own Google account.
- Use Spash lawfully and only for your own personal finance tracking.
Your data and backups
Spash stores your data locally on your device. Optional backup saves a copy to a private folder in your own Google Drive. We don't store your data and can't recover it for you — keeping a backup, and your access to your Google account, is how you protect against loss. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Availability and changes
We may update, change, or discontinue features of Spash over time. We'll try to do so thoughtfully, but we can't guarantee the app will always be available or error-free.
No warranty
Spash is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the app, including loss of data where you have not kept a backup.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts there.
